Proposal & Quote
After our call, you’ll receive a custom proposal tailored to your needs. This includes a breakdown of services, timelines, pricing, and next steps. Once approved, we’ll send over your contract and invoice.

Onboarding & Strategy
Once you’re officially onboard, you’ll get access to a welcome pack, client portal (if applicable), and a short brand questionnaire. From here, we dive into strategy—setting goals, collecting assets, and planning your content, website, or campaigns.

Setup & Implementation
We get to work—whether it’s designing a website, planning content, launching ads, or scheduling emails. We’ll keep you updated with progress check-ins and you’ll have full visibility throughout the project.

Launch & Handover
Once everything’s ready to go, we’ll launch your project or campaign with confidence. You’ll receive final deliverables, login details, and any relevant training or how-to guides so you feel empowered moving forward.

Ongoing Support (if retained)
For monthly services like social media, ads, SEO, or email marketing, we continue with regular updates, reports, and strategy tweaks. We’re always just a message away if you need us.
